1. Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order easily through your account on our website.

  • Cancellation can be requested any time before the order is delivered
  • For eligible orders, a “Cancel” option will be available in your My Orders section
  • Simply click on the cancel button to initiate cancellation

For Prepaid Orders

  1. If the order is in “Confirmed” status, the refund will be processed to your original payment method
  2. For orders in any stage before delivery, refunds will be processed to the original source of payment
  3. If the order has already been shipped (Shipped/In-Transit):
    • A return request will be initiated with our logistics partner
    • Returns are typically initiated within 24 hours of cancellation
    • Refund will be processed only after the return process has been initiated
    • If the order is successfully delivered, cancellation and refund may not be possible

2. Refund Status & Timelines

  • You will receive updates via SMS/WhatsApp/email once:
    • Your cancellation is successful
    • Your refund has been initiated
  • Refunds are typically credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after initiation (depending on your bank/payment provider)

3. Returns & Replacements

We do not accept returns.

However, in rare cases, we offer free replacements if the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in the order
  • Damaged product received
  • Expired product delivered

How to Request a Replacement

  • Contact us at support@feeldivine.in with:
    • Order ID
    • Issue details
    • Supporting images (if applicable)
  • Our team may request additional details before processing the request

Once Approved:

  • A replacement order will be created
  • A new order ID will be shared with you

4. Important Notes

  • Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method used at checkout
  • In rare cases where there is a delay or issue from the payment partner:

    • We will investigate and assist you with the resolution
